Dr. Helm has called Colorado Springs home for over 24 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, graduating summa cum laude. She then advanced her education at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where she earned her dental degree.
