We can’t wait to meet you and your family!

We understand that visiting a new dentist for the first time can make you feel nervous.

Dr. Borden wants you to know that we’re different than other Colorado Springs dentists.

How? Because we really take the time to get to know you as a person — not just a name on the schedule.

Your First Appointment

Our new patient forms are available online.

You can also complete new patient forms in our office.

Simply open this link and log-in to our secure portal to fill out your paperwork. You can also complete new patient forms in our office if you prefer. We ask for you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time in this case. Also bring your insurance card and photo ID.

Once you’re first escorted into the treatment room, you will have a chance to visit with the dentist. You’ll want to reserve about 90 minutes for this new patient visit. Dr. Borden wants to have enough time to provide a thorough exam, X-rays and cleaning and explain everything to you and get to know you well.

If eligible for a preventative dental cleaning you will see Jessica, our Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). If you have been diagnosed with gum disease we will educate you on your treatment options to bring your gums back to health.

Insurance and Financing

Ridgeline Family Dentistry confirms all insurance coverage prior to any treatment, so that you won’t be caught off guard by any surprises.
